For the second year running, we’ve been awarded the coveted ‘Highly Commended’ position in the prestigious Natwest Mortgage Awards.
NatWest is using the awards to recognise broker firms that have gone beyond everyday expectations to put the customer and their local community at the heart of their business. These achievements have only been magnified by the impact of the pandemic.

Who are Clearwater?
Clearwater Financial Solutions offers professional Independent Mortgage Advice. We will make the process as stress free as possible, and all in a language that you can understand. We don’t just offer one financial product; we search the whole market ensuring we find the best mortgage for your circumstances.
From the beginning
Tracey Stones set up Clearwater in November 2003. With over 20 years’ experience Tracey started Mortgage Advising after qualifying in 1999. Since the initial set up the company has gone from strength to strength, resulting in progressive expansion.
Clearwater now provides Mortgage Advice to several different Estate Agents, with clients in Newport, Chepstow, and surrounding areas along with other areas across the UK.
