Clearwater was originally set up in Novemeber 2003 by Tracey to offer Nuttall Parker Estate Agents independant Mortgage Advice for all their clients. Since the initial set up of Clearwater the company has expanded. With 4 qualified mortgage specialists and a mortgage administrator, Clearwater provides mortgage advice to several different estate agents, with clients across the whole of the UK.
We offer a very friendly service at Clearwater, as our aim is always to please our clients to our highest ability.
Prior to setting up Clearwater, Tracey worked for Bradford & Bingley Estate Agents for 7 years also offering Independent Mortgage Advice.
All Clearwater staff have a very high level of experience in the mortgage market, and all strive to provide all our clients with excellent customer service.
