Although recent qualified as an Independent Mortgage Adviser in 2007, Kate has quickly become a valuable member of the Clearwater team and is helping to expand the business.
Kate divides her time between working in the Newport office alongside Tracey Stones and offering a new online service for those who find it difficult to get into an office due to work commitments/busy lifestyle etc. This new online service means the majority of the mortgage application process can be done via email, with some phone contact required for specific or personal information.
As Kate resides in Bristol she can also now offer our services for those living in the Bristol area. As there is no Clearwater office there as of yet, Kate can visit you in your own home to conduct meetings, with the flexibility of being able to attend at evenings or weekends.
